Varcata la soglia, la dipendente si appresta ad indirizzarti un profluvio di "dimmi gioia", "dimmi tesoro" che ben si adattano tra parenti e amici di una vita, ma non con dei semplici potenziali clienti che si accingo a richiedere informazioni; per loro andrebbe bene un sorriso e un "mi dica, come posso aiutarla?". Da un negozio fisico è questo che ci si aspetta. Dispiace davvero lasciare un feedback così negativo ma non ho scelta. Non c'è stato un barlume di empatia. C'è tanto da lavorare per raggiungere la sufficienza. Lack of availability, lack of courtesy, lack of privacy, lack of education, lack of service, lack of work ethic. Mi chiedo come si possa mantenere simile personale in un mondo pieno di gente volenterosa, capace, competente e bisognosa di lavorare . Quando le chiedevo informazioni su un prodotto, le sue risposte erano sempre corrette dal suo collega, al suo fianco, perché sempre sbagliate. Comunque, anche se fossero state giuste, non sarebbero state esaustive perché molto brevi. Inoltre, non ha mai risposto con toni gentili, quasi come se mi stesse facendo un favore nel rispondermi, tutto questo mentre controllava le sue unghie e social media vari. Ha addirittura "rimproverato" una povera signora anziana per averle chiesto una ricarica senza aspettare il suo turno. Robe da matti! Non avrei mai comprato il prodotto da lei se non fosse che Wind è molto competitiva e conveniente.
