★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 159 mi ha fatto tribolare due mesi per l'attivazione di una fibra, riavviando la pratica quattro volte, con un motivo sempre diverso.
Non sapendo più cosa fare, mi sono rivolto a questi ragazzi, che si sono messi subito a disposizione, e me l'hanno fatta avere in UNA SETTIMANA.
Non posso che consigliarvi caldamente di rivolgervi a loro per le vostre necessità.
Continuate così, e grazie ancora!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che le operatrici straniere del 159 non riuscivano a dare risposte adeguate al mio problema, prima di cambiare operatore ho deciso di rivolgermi a questo negozio per vedere se loro riuscivano a trovare una soluzione. Ai dipendenti di questo negozio va il mio grazie, perchè attraverso la loro cortesia e competenza siamo riusciti a comprendere e a risolvere il problema. Anche WindTre dovrebbe ringraziarli perchè solo grazie a loro ha conservato un cliente !!!
Since the foreign operators of 159 were unable to give adequate answers to my problem, before changing operator I decided to contact this shop to see if they could find a solution.
