★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann meine Vorredner nur bestätigen. Der Besitzer ist schleimig und war nicht willens mir bei meinem Problem mit einem Smartphone zu helfen. Obwohl ich in Cervignano Ferien mache, werde ich nie wieder diesen Laden betreten.

 I can only confirm the previous speakers. The owner is slimy and unwilling to help me with my smartphone problem. Although I am on vacation in Cervignano, I will never enter this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro a far la pratica e il ragazzo talmente PIGRO mi dice che non funzionano i sistemi...chiamo alla tim a villesse e invece erano operativi...aggiungo dato la risposta del proprietario forse erano le 12 ora di pranzo e non aveva nemmeno voglia di far una prova!!!!!!!!
I go into practice and the boy so lazy tells me that the systems do not work ... I call the tim a villesse and instead they were operational ... I add given the owner's answer maybe it was 12 noon and he didn't even want to give it a try !!!!!!!!

Quest´anno abbiamo fatto un abbonamento per due mesi per "Tim Internet" ( e l´abbiamo pagato), e dopo un mese la comunicazione non functionava piu.
E al telefon abbiamo imperato che il proprietario (o impiegato ?) non voleva collaborare.(Abbiamo devuto pagare in un altro negozio)
Siamo stati clienti di questo negozio già da tre anni.
Adesso mai di piú.!

Für Deutsche: Auch ich kann diesen Laden niemandem empfehlen!
Wir haben in diesem Sommer (schon zum dritten Mal!) ein Tim Internet Abo für zwei Monate gebucht (und bezahlt), nach einem Monat funktionierte dieVerbindung nicht mehr, und per Telefon erfuhren wir, dass der Besitzer (oder Angesstellte) "Nichts tun" kann. Wir mussten dann in einem anderen Geschäft noch einmal bezahlen

For Germans: I can't recommend this shop to anyone either!
This summer (for the third time!) We booked (and paid for) a Tim Internet subscription for two months, after a month the connection no longer worked and we heard over the phone that the owner (or employee) was "doing nothing" can. We then had to pay again in another shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio puntuale, cordiale e attento. Un consiglio però: se ci sono dei costi di gestione pratica che non vengono riportati dai siti ufficiali dell'operatore, sarebbe meglio avvertire il cliente specificando l'importo prima di avviare la pratica.
Timely, friendly and attentive service. A word of advice though: if there are costs of practice management that are not reported by the operator's official sites, it would be better to warn the customer by specifying the amount before starting the practice.

Modifico la mia recensione a 3 stelle, effettivamente pensandoci... Era distaccato (non maleducato) ma non aveva modo di accontentarmi, comunque alle promozioni tim, do ugualmente una stella...

I change my review to 3 stars, actually thinking about it ... He was detached (not rude) but he had no way to satisfy me, anyway to the tim promotions, I still give a star ...
