Mi sono recato nel pomeriggio in negozio,ed ho trovato gentilezza dal personale dimostrando professionalità e conoscenza del prodotto. Per qualsiasi chiarimento ci tornerò.
I went to the shop in the afternoon, and I found kindness from the staff demonstrating professionalism and knowledge of the product. For any clarification I will be back.

zero professionalita' e lentissimi: oggi ho fatto fare una sim card, letteralmente 40 minuti di attesa tra scartoffie inutili, giustificate con il bisogno di prendere i dati dell'utente... un'infinita attesa di inserimento dati , facendo ricche pause per chiaccherare con clienti vari. Alla fine la sim e' pronta, dice in un'ora sara' attiva. Dopo 3 ore non e' attiva, chiamo la TIM, viene fuori che non avevano fatto nessuna registrazione dei dati. Dovro' fare tutto da capo. Viaggio molto e devo dire che l'Italia nell'offerta di telefonia mobile fa vomitare: tariffe ridicole, furbacchioni, servizi inutili, trappole per fregare. Mai piu' , comprero' un po di sim europee che funzioneranno anche in italia.
zero professionalism and very slow: today I had a sim card made, literally 40 minutes of waiting between useless paperwork, justified by the need to take user data ... an infinite wait for data entry, making rich pauses to chat with various clients. In the end the sim is ready, it says in an hour it will be active. After 3 hours it is not active, I call the TIM, it turns out that they had not made any data recording. I'll have to do it all over again. I travel a lot and I must say that Italy in the offer of mobile telephony makes people vomit: ridiculous rates, cunning, useless services, traps to cheat. Never again, I will buy some European sims that will also work in Italy.

Ho dato una stella perché meno non si può dare. Ho trovato in questa sede personale arrogante e incompetente. Dopo essermici recato per la seconda volta per un problema sulla linea di mio padre, che per quasi un mese non ha funzionato. Ci è stato detto, con estrema superficialità e nullafacenza, che era stato già chiesto l'intervento e che quotidianamente veniva inviato il sollecito. Per poi scoprire, tramite il centralino, che non era stato MAI inviata alcuna richiesta da parte della sede di Ponte Lungo. Non è tanto il mancato servizio che potrebbe essere stato causato da una problematica interna quanto per la poca attenzione posta al cliente e la mancata disponibilità a risolvere un problema per cui, per giunta, si è pagati. Fate lavorare chi ha voglia e competenza!!
I gave a star because you can't give less. I have found arrogant and incompetent staff here. After I went there a second time for a problem on my father's line, which didn't work for nearly a month. We were told, with extreme superficiality and nothingness, that the intervention had already been requested and that the reminder was sent daily. Only to discover, through the switchboard, that no request had NEVER been sent from the Ponte Lungo office. It is not so much the lack of service that could have been caused by an internal problem as due to the lack of attention paid to the customer and the unwillingness to solve a problem for which, moreover, you are paid. Let those who want and competence work !!

Terrible service, paid for a month internet which stopped working after 10 days, went back to have it resolved. They said it was, but it wasn't. Went back the next day and they called the central Tim number for me, still wasn't resolved. I went back every day for the next 5 days, the store kept telling me that the dongle and sim worked fine and therefore they cannot give me my money back. The central Tim number kept resetting the settings for 5 days and on numerous occasions when I asked to speak to someone in English they would hang up the phone or tell me there is no one there who speaks English, but when I would call back a minute later I would be transferred to someone who spoke English. It really depended on who you got to answer the phone. I asked to speak to a manager at the store and was told the manager is never there as he manages many shops and to email the address on the card, which I did and got no reply. When I asked for the managers name I was very rudely told what difference does it make knowing the name of the manager and was never given it. The staff also argued loudly with other customers on at least two occasions that I witnessed ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We went as new customers to get help to set up a new TIM SIM that we had ordered online and ended up basically being yelled at for asking for help. Apparently our business is nothing but an extreme inconvenience.

Sorry, the person was more or less nice but she told me that a process that on Tim's page and the paper bill says I can do it in one of the tim's stores listed (this was one of those) was only able to do it through phone. So I couldn't resolve my problem.
