★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non amo recensire negativamente il lavoro degli altri, ma è veramente incredibile come in un negozio, che rappresenta un'azienda importante come la Tim, si cerchi di prendere in giro il cliente.
Il contributo di attivazione dell'offerta in corso viene fatto pagare 39€ invece di 29€, ma gentilmente ti omaggiano un power bank del valore di 10€.
Naturalmente non viene esposta nessuna locandina della campagna ufficiale con indicazione dei prezzi, e alla richiesta di spiegazioni viene risposto: "Siamo costretti"
Da evitare
I don't like to negatively review the work of others, but it is truly incredible how in a shop, which represents an important company like Tim, you try to make fun of the customer.
The activation fee of the current offer is charged 39 € instead of 29 €, but kindly give you a power bank worth 10 €.
Of course, no poster of the official campaign is displayed with an indication of the prices, and the request for explanations is answered: "We are forced"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È affisso un cartello che indica le 9.30 come orario di apertura. Sono le 9.50 e ancora il negozio è chiuso. Aggiungo che sul sito l'orario di apertura indicato erano le ore 9.

Acquistata una sim per antifurto mi sono ritrovata una opzione a pagamento mai richiesta e, consultato il call center, scopro pure di essere proprietaria di un modem acquistato in negozio. Definirli disinvolti è semplicemente un eufemismo. Senza contare che ho dovuto impormi per avere il contratto che avevo sottoscritto digitalmente e nel quale non figura né l’opzione anzidetta né il modem attribuitomi. Da evitare in ogni modo.
Bad experience. Purchased a sim for anti-theft, I found myself a paid option never requested and, having consulted the call center, I also discover that I own a modem purchased in the store. Calling them casual is simply an understatement. Not to mention that I had to impose myself to have the contract that I had digitally signed and in which neither the aforementioned option nor the modem attributed to me appears. To be avoided in any way.

Impossibile contattare questo negozio se non andandoci d persona. Non rix al telefono, ai messaggi su Facebook e manco alle email. Mai successo nella mia vita una cosa del genere. Cambiate il personale. Pessimo
