★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo centro Tim, perché cercavo un centro Vodafone avendo l'operatore Vodafone e a Riccione mi è parso che non c'è e perché mi trovavo a Riccione. Avevo bisogno di un informazione per la scheda SD: l'operatore è stato gentilissimo e cordiale, mi ha spiegato come dovevo fare per risolvere il problema e a casa ho fatto tutto al pc. Grazie mille ancora all'operatore. Consiglio vivamente questo centro Tim !
I went to this Tim center, because I was looking for a Vodafone center having the Vodafone operator and in Riccione it seemed to me that it is not there and because I was in Riccione. I needed information for the SD card: the operator was very kind and friendly, he explained to me how I had to do to solve the problem and at home I did everything on the PC. Thanks again to the operator. I highly recommend this Tim center!

Preferisco farmi km ma uscire soddisfatto dal negozio di Riccione in V.leDiazi altro che call center...

Kindness and professionalism solve problems that you cannot for various reasons with the call center, not only do they know how to advise you.
I prefer to go miles but go out satisfied from the Riccione shop in V.leDiazi other than the call center ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho passato una bruttissima esperienza, in quanto recatami presso questo punto vendita per cambiare il piano della mia linea fissa, mi son ritrovata un servizio di intrattenimento che non avevo assolutamente richiesto!
Volevamo semplicemente trovare un'offerta vantaggiosa visto il nostro canone esagerato e invece mi son dovuta gestire la disattivazione del pacchetto Netfliz ( NON richiesto) in autonomia.
I had a very bad experience, as I went to this store to change the plan of my landline, I found myself an entertainment service that I had absolutely not requested!
We simply wanted to find an advantageous offer given our excessive fee and instead I had to manage the deactivation of the Netfliz package (NOT required) independently.
