★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "farinella", è un antico cibo a base di farina di ceci che era alla base dell'alimentazione dei nostri avi. Spesso la si utilizzava mescolata con sola acqua dai più poveri, le famiglie più ricche invece la mescolavano con sughi di carne. Oltre a questa premessa c'è da aggiungere che in questo negozio si vendono anche legumi, semi, frutta secca e altre prelibatezze. Un locale che consiglio di visitare soprattutto ai turisti, e se entrate fatevi consigliare dal titolare. Avrete giuste indicazioni ?

Il motivo è che mi è capitato di comprare lenticchie con aggiunta di farfalline....forse non si puliscono i cassettoni in cui sono conservati?
