★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovata bene, ottimi prodotti, ma devo sempre mettere in conto che anche per un paio di scarpe c'è un po' da aspettare.. forse è poco il personale.. però ieri ho atteso 40 minuti e per sfinimento (mio e della bambina) siamo andate via.. impossibile attendere tanto.. sono stata molto paziente e sei sola con due bambini diventa davvero complicato-mi dispiace.
I've always had a good time, excellent products, but I always have to take into account that even for a pair of shoes there is a bit of waiting .. maybe it's not enough staff .. but yesterday I waited 40 minutes and for exhaustion and the little girl) we left .. impossible to wait so long .. I was very patient and you are alone with two children it becomes really complicated-sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato mezz 'ora con il mio piccolo bambino senza essere servita. Le commesse erano due. E'vero, c'erano altre due signore, ma avrei voluto una migliore gestione della clientela, magari anche solo con dei sorrisi e due parole in più....un piccolino non può stare 30 minuti fermo ad attendere, considerando anche la attuale situazione Covid! Alla fine me ne sono andata. Mi spiace dire che quando vado con mio marito mi servono subito, se sono da sola, funziona così......non tornerò più.
I waited half an hour with my little baby without being served. There were two orders. It is true, there were two other ladies, but I would have liked better customer management, maybe even with just smiles and a few more words .... a little one cannot stand still for 30 minutes, also considering the current one. Covid situation! In the end I left. I'm sorry to say that when I go with my husband I need them right away, if I'm alone, that's how it works ...... I won't be back.
