Una volta scelto il regalo ho chiesto di fare un pacchetto visto che era un regalo. La ragazza che mi ha servito ha fatto un pacco (devo dire che era una scatola grande) devo dire pietoso! Ha fatto una "giunta" con la carta, ha messo lo scotch tutto aggrinzito sulle piegature. Insomma ORRENDO! Ho detto che non avrei mai regalato un pacco così. A quel punto ho chiesto all'altra ragazza di fare il mio pacco. Una volta fatto mi chiede: "è maschio o femmina?" Io rispondo :"femmina". A quel punto lei risponde che il fiocco rosa non lo ha e me lo mette blu come il marchio CHICCO! Alla mia risposta negativa lei mi dice che me lo devo andare a comprare! Penso che non servano altri commenti. Yesterday I went to the Chicco shop in Ponterio as I often do to buy gifts for grandchildren and children of colleagues. Once I chose the gift I asked to make a package since it was a gift. The girl who served me made a package (I must say it was a big box) I must say pitiful! He made a "splice" with the paper, put the scotch tape all wrinkled over the folds. In short, HORRENDOUS! I said I would never give a package like this. At that point I asked the other girl to make my package. Once done he asks me: "is it male or female?" I answer: "female". At that point she replies that the pink bow doesn't have it and puts it on me blue like the CHICCO brand! To my negative answer she tells me that I have to go and buy it! I think no more comments are needed.
