Chiamo al cellulare nessuno risponde Numeri fisso mi dice che è inesistente. Abbiamo aspettato fino all'ora di apertura e cioè le 16.00 per sentirci dire che l'appuntamento era alle 14.30. Ma chi volete prendere in giro?? Tre volte mi è stato ripetuto l'orario delle 15.00 professionalità zero!!! Appointment for grooming at 15.00 we arrive 10 minutes before Gate closed. Let's wait no one is seen. I call the cell phone no one answers Landline numbers tells me it is non-existent. We waited until opening time at 4.00pm to be told that the appointment was at 2.30pm. But who are you kidding? Three times I was repeated the time of 15.00 zero professionalism !!!

Sono arrivata a elemosinare un appuntamento telefonico e ho chiamato più volte secondo il giorno e l'ora indicata ,ma neanche lì hanno mai risposto. Per cui se vi va bene di non sapere nulla del vostro cane per i giorni in cui lo lasciate lì, e sentirvi dire che se vi va bene è così se no potete cercare un altro posto, quando magari per determinate circostanze della vita siete costretti a lasciare il cane in pensione e avete trovato posto solo lì , ecco se vi va bene questa è la struttura per voi. I had to take my dog to retire because of a very delicate situation. however they don't give any news and if you try to call they don't answer. I arrived to beg for a telephone appointment and I called several times according to the day and time indicated, but even there they never answered. So if you are okay with not knowing anything about your dog for the days you leave it there, and being told that if you are okay with it, if not you can look for another place, when perhaps for certain life circumstances you are forced to leave the dog in retirement and you have only found a place there, that's the right place for you.
