In posizione centralissima in Corso Carducci, abbiamo trovato personale gentilissimo e pronto sia a consigliarci senza insistenza, che ad attendere con pazienza un piccolo intoppo poi risolto, con la carta di credito. Sembra banale, ma non è così scontato trovare negozianti e commesse che non seguano il cliente col muso, sostenute e spesso con aria di sufficienza. Da Poli sono tutti gentilissimi ! Un encomio alla bellissima signorina che mi ha dato una mano per un intoppo col pin ! Noi abbiamo acquistato uno zainetto Ljujo e un borsetto Versace Jeans Couture e la nostra esperienza è da 5 stelle.
Nonostante la distanza, torneremo sicuramente per nuovi acquisti !
The best brands in the sector in Grosseto can be found at Poli. In a very central position in Corso Carducci, we found the staff very kind and ready both to advise us without insistence, and to wait patiently for a small hitch then solved, with a credit card. It seems trivial, but it is not so obvious to find shopkeepers and shop assistants who do not follow the customer with their noses, supported and often with an air of sufficiency. At Poli they are all very kind! A commendation to the beautiful young lady who gave me a hand for a hitch with the pin! We bought a Ljujo backpack and a Versace Jeans Couture handbag and our experience is 5 stars.
Despite the distance, we will definitely be back for new purchases!
