Siamo in 8 persone a Verona per lavoro. Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una serata al Piper, locale appena fuori Verona. Ho chiamato alle 16,00 del pomeriggio chiedendo il trasporto andata e ritorno. Partenza da Verona alle 22,30 e poi ritorno attorno all'una.
Mi ha chiaramente detto che era libero e che per l'andata non c'era problema.., ma che dopo le 23,30 lui non da più il servizio fino al mattino.!!
Coerenza è professionalità sconosciute.!!

We are 8 people in Verona for work. We decided to spend an evening at the Piper, a restaurant just outside Verona. I called at 16.00 in the afternoon asking for return transportation. Departure from Verona at 22.30 and then return around one o'clock.
He clearly told me that he was free and that there was no problem for the outward journey .., but that after 11.30 pm he no longer runs until morning. !!
Consistency is unknown professionalism. !!
