Mia esperienza con questo NCC Via Sprovieri di Roma che riporta un punteggio 5/5. 27 e 28 ottobre: arrivo a Roma Termini alle 9.10 per Policlinico Gemelli, partenza in giornata per Tiburtina alle 17.00, nuovo arrivo a Roma il giorno dopo alle 14.40 per tornare al Gemelli. 30 ore infernali, con la necessità di non perdere un minuto, e quindi mi rivolgo a questa celebrata NCC. Bilancio: 27 ottobre ore 9.10: l'autista arriva con 15 minuti di ritardo per il traffico, illustrandomi che lui non poteva andare sopra le altre macchine (e chi se lo immaginava che c'era traffico a Roma, ma va' ?) 27 ottobre ore 17.00: nulla da dire, ok 28 ottobre ore 14.40: finale con il botto. Mi telefona il centralino dicendo che la vettura NON sarebbe proprio mai arrivata causa traffico (traffico a Roma ? e chi se lo aspettava ?). Resto A PIEDI alla Stazione Tiburtina. Per miracolo trovo un taxi, ma arrivo in ritardo, ovviamente. Quindi se volete fare tardi o RESTARE A PIEDI questa è l'agenzia giusta. Mai successo prima, semplicemente incredibile. Dilettanti pericolosi per chi lavora e si affida a loro.

Rip offs start the meter way before they even get to you!!!

Never ran meter... Claimed special rate from collesum was 35 Euro... Then tried to Palm off a fake 20 Euro bill..only when I wrote down can number did he give in a take the bills... Still insisted on 35 Euro for 10 min trip.... filling complaint with company..taxi 4791... beware

Save yourself the headache and skip this taxi cab company. Do not, I repeat, Do Not book this taxi under any circumstances!!! We had booked a taxi from Rome to the Hotel Castel Vecchio the night before for a group of 5 for only 52 euro for a 40 minute ride. But now that I reflect on it that booking was thru the app recommended for taxis in Rome (my free taxi). So when this nice gentleman with Roma Capitale Taxi stops in front of the restaurant and agrees to give us a lift we were quite grateful and unassuming there would be any issues. Everything was all good until it was time for payment. We thought we followed all the rules. We ensured the taxi was on a meter and agreed to pay only that. But just as the guide had warned taxis are super crooked. When we finally arrived at our hotel there was a group of 8 of us. The meter read 47 euros so we paid 47 euros. Well this driver demanded we pay more, stating the meter is only for 4 people. (???) We were forewarned so we were firm with him and refused to pay any more than the meter. Well this is when the theatrics began!! He runs around to the driver’s side door cursing and screaming in Italian. Keep in mind the hotel where we are staying is in a very quiet, very polished part of town. He then starts screaming ”No tip???!! No tip!! Then screams 2 euros” we give him 2 more euros for God knows what reason. Primarily just to shut him up. Then he screams up to the owner of the hotel who comes out to look at the ruckus. What an embarrassing end to an otherwise wonderful experience in Rome. Again he’s speaking his complaint in Italian so we don’t know what he’s telling the hotel clerk so at this point we are just standing there confused. We are still unclear as to if this guy is angry because he didn’t get a tip, or angry because we were firm about only paying what was on the meter, or if he was more angry because part of the payment was in the coins. Whatever the issue just stay away. You don’t want to add this kind of crazy to ur vacation!
