The room was for 5 people. we were a 2 plus 7 month old baby, felt like kings. Sun beds and an umbrella were included in the price.
H	Harald Rafetseder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer sind insgesamt eine Zeitreise: Bad, Fliesen und Wanddeko aus den 60ern des vergangen Jahrhunderts, die Küche scheint Mitte der 70er Jahre das Licht der Welt erblickt zu haben. Das Schlafsofa stammt aus den 90ern. In den 2000ern wurde dann die Klimaanlage eingebaut. Der Kühlschrank dürfte noch nicht allzu viele Jahre auf dem Buckel haben. Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände ließen uns eigentlich nur mehr schmunzeln. Achtung: bei Einzug steht nicht mal eine einzige Rolle WC Papier zur Verfügung! Aber: der Pool ist super gepflegt, die Lage voll in Ordnung und der Hausverwalter ist wirklich nett und zuvorkommend. All in all kann man da durchaus eine wunderbare Ferienwoche mit Kindern verbringen, wenn man die Erwartungen ein wenig herunterschraubt. Uns ist das sehr gut gelungen und somit wars ein toller Urlaub. The sofa bed dates from the 90s. In the 2000s, the air conditioning was installed. The fridge should not have been too many years old. Some furnishings made us smile more. Attention: when moving in, not even a single roll of toilet paper is available! But: the pool is very well maintained, the location was fine and the caretaker is really nice and accommodating. All in all, you can spend a wonderful holiday week with children, if you lower your expectations a bit. We did that very well and it was a great holiday.

Haare und Sand überall im Badezimmer von den Vormieter, ekelhaft -Kein WLAN vorhanden, heutzutage sehr unüblich -Der Pool darf nur mit Badehaube genutzt werden, diese soll man natürlich käuflich erwerben -Keine Bettwäsche vor Ort, auch keine Handtücher oder WC Papier -die Räume sind sehr hellhörig und auch der Straßenlärm ist sehr laut zu hören, mit Kindern eher ungeeignet + die Nähe zum Meer + im Stiegenhaus wurde scheinbar renoviert. Mehr Schein als sein ;) Preis/Leistung absolut unpassend -Very dirty apartments, they weren't even swept through before new guests arrived. Anzi, appena arrivati chi è stato vivamente consigliato di chiuderci dentro bene Perché entrano i ladri anche se dentro ci sono le persone. Quindi cominciata la vacanza non nel migliore dei modi. Per il resto le foto in Internet sono diverse da quelle reali Quantomeno per lo stabile esterno. Dentro è piuttosto vecchio con gli infissi davvero obsoleti. La cucina microscopica e vecchia. i parcheggi non adatti alle auto di oggi con scene di contorsionismo per uscire dalle macchine mai viste prima. Troppo piccoli e non c'è la minima disponibilità affinché vengano riservati i posti in meno stretti per le auto grandi. Da salvare la vista e la piscina. Ma per il resto sicuramente non ci torneremo mai più.
