In seguito ad una mia richiesta circa una coppa dell'olio usata, il titolare mi ha dato disponibilità, assicurandomene il perfetto stato.
Io nel frattempo, ne avevo trovata un'altra (poi non più disponibile), ma ho preferito aspettare Giordano, visto che si tratta di un dealer regionale della Caterpillar...
Mi aveva inoltre promesso che me la avrebbe fatta recapitare a casa.
Dopo averlo cercato e chiamato ripetutamente per ben dieci giorni per capire come e quando mi avrebbe consegnato il ricambio, non mi ha mai più risposto al telefono.
Dopo ulteriori tentativi, mi ha risposto la dipendente, dicendomi che il ricambio non era disponibile.
Tutto ciò ha causato la perdita dell'altra coppa trovata altrove, che nel frattempo avevano venduto...
Non è così che si fa...
