Visto le nostre scarse abilità nautiche, sommate alle condizioni meteorologiche non del tutto promettenti, ritengo sia fondamentale, da parte del proprietario, migliorare, se non sostituire il gommone. Wonderful location nestled in the heart of the Gulf of Tigullio, friendly and helpful staff in any of our requests, it is a pity that this splendid and promising setting has been seriously affected by the almost disastrous conditions of the boat we rented, which do not comply with those praised on the website. Given our poor nautical skills, added to the not entirely promising weather conditions, I believe it is essential for the owner to improve, if not replace the dinghy.
I	Ilaria Colombo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGOGNOSO!!! Servizio PESSIMO. Prenotiamo un gommone con borsa frigo. Arriviamo sul posto, non c’è la borsa frigo e ci viene detto “eh me le hanno perse”. Una volta imbarcati ci viene detto che il doccino era rotto e abbiamo dovuto attendere a bordo più di mezz’ora mentre lo aggiustavano… disorganizzazione totale!! Non veniamo avvisati del mare super mosso, a loro detta: “c’è qualche ondina ma si calma”… non credo proprio dato che ci è venuta a recuperare la guardia costiera perché troppo mosso e ci siamo incagliati in delle boe. Riportiamo il gommone alle ore 11:30, anche lì troppa attesa per essere riportati a riva. Tempo totale fuori con il gommone, 1h. Rimborso ZERO. Una vergogna! Rischiosissimo, non si può mettere in pericolo così la gente, dei criminali! Sconsiglieremo questo noleggio a più persone possibili. SHAMEFUL!!! BAD service. We book a dinghy with a cooler. We arrive on site, there is no fridge bag and we are told "eh, they lost them". Once on board we are told that the shower was broken and we had to wait on board for more than half an hour while they were fixing it ... total disorganization !! We are not warned of the super rough sea, according to them: "there are some waves but they calm down" ... I don't think so since the coast guard came to recover us because it was too rough and we ran aground in buoys. We bring the dinghy back at 11:30 am, there too too much waiting to be brought back to shore. Total time out with the dinghy, 1h. ZERO refund. A shame! Very risky, people cannot be put in danger like this, criminals! We will advise against this rental to as many people as possible.
