★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is located in the historic center of Martina Franca a few steps from the San Martino cathedral in a side street - a bit hidden - but customers can easily find it thanks to the clearly visible signs. The restaurant has recently been renovated and is very warm and welcoming. The staff is kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. The restaurant offers a menu of local dishes but revisited in a modern key by the chef. The menu is updated according to the seasons and therefore the dishes vary according to the seasonal availability of the products. Wide assortment of appetizers, including local and national cold cuts and cheeses. Quite varied and quality wine list with a prevalence of Apulian wines. The prices are medium to high but the quality is above average. Reservations are required especially on weekends and Sunday lunchtimes. Accept almost all credit cards. In the days of greater influx of customers, the times of the service are longer and this is a problem for those who do not like to be around the table for a long time.
