Dopo aver versato l'acconto pari a un terzo dell'importo per mettere su una montatura NAU delle lenti da sole graduate, ovviamente proposte in negozio mica portate da casa, mi viene detto che quelle lenti non vanno bene e che mi verrà a costare di più. Mi è stata negata la restituzione della somma se non sotto forma di buono. Una cosa del tutto illegittima e assurda che si sarebbe risolta rivolgendosi a una qualunque associazione di consumatori. Ho deciso, sicuramente sbagliando, di pagare la differenza ma in un negozio del genere non ci metterò più piede. Bad service. E	Emiliano Marrale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, sono andato per riparare la lente di un paio di occhiali da sole, mi hanno detto che bastavano 2-3 giorni, dopo 2 settimane mi telefonano dicendo che gli occhiali erano arrivati ma non avevano montato la specchiatura (ovvero le lenti erano trasparenti, il che è piuttosto inutile in un paio di occhiali da sole) dopo un'altra settimana e mezza finalmente sono riuscito ad avere i miei occhiali indietro (avevo lasciato un acconto di 45 euro che era il prezzo totale della riparazione e ho provato a chiederli indietro quando mi sono arrivati gli occhiali senza specchiatura ma non hanno voluto restituirmeli). S	Sandra Torlone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State lontano da Nau di Ragusa personale scorbutico e incompetente, la prima volta che ci sono andato la montatura é durata appena il tempo della garanzia e nn si sono minimamente interessati del accaduto, a ottobre del anno scorso ho ricomprato un paio di occhiali completamente nuovi perché cambiare la montatura costava quanto un paio di occhiali nuovi completi di lenti, trascorsi 9 mesi, montatura arrugginita e lenti rovinati e il personale si arrampica negli specchi per nn parlare che ho aspettato i comodi suoi prima di farmi servire.
