Posso dire di essermi trovata benissimo, sia con i ragazzi del negozio, davvero molto gentili e professionali, che con il prodotto. Montature da bambini molto belle e ad un ottimo prezzo. Lo consiglio senz'altro e ci tornerò! A few months ago I got some eyeglasses for my little son. I can say that I had a great time, both with the guys in the shop, really very kind and professional, and with the product. Very nice children's frames and at a great price. Definitely recommend it and will be back!

É già la terza volta che ci rechiamo al punto vendita di Arezzo e per tre volte di fila troviamo appeso il cartello che dice che stiamo effettuando una visita all'interno. Aspettiamo 40 min. e puntualmente il negozio é ancora a fare la visita. Per acquistare degli occhiali dobbiamo prendere un appuntamento? Per il resto ottima qualità/prezzo. We have known Nau for many years and we also use them in other points of sale in Italy but there is a BUT ... It is already the third time that we go to the Arezzo store and three times in a row we find the sign hanging that says that we are visiting the inside. We wait 40 min. and punctually the shop is still to make the visit. Do we have to make an appointment to buy glasses? For the rest, excellent quality / price.

Il mio ragazzo ha comprato qui i suoi occhiali, ha avuto problemi con la gradazione del medico e il problema è stato risolto con rapidità e competenza.
