D	Devis Tiramani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nel negozio NAU di Piacenza per ben due volte nell'ultimo mese, ma ho trovato entrambe le volte una situazione a dir poco surreale....la temperatura interna era insopportabile, volevo acquistare un paio di occhiali da sole ma sono dovuto uscire a causa del caldo, la seconda volta mi sono addirittura sentito male, ed in entrambi i casi mi veniva detto che l'impianto di climatizzazione era guasto. Il personale, che per altro è stato gentilissimo, versa in una condizione lavorativa inumana, mi chiedo come il responsabile/i del punto vendita non abbiano ancora provveduto a gestire un tale disagio. Io personalmente mi sono recato ad acquistare gli occhiali che desideravo in un altro negozio perché li dentro non solo non si può fare acquisti ma si rischia davvero di sentirsi male. Sconsiglio vivamente visto le temperature di questi giorni, l'ingresso sl negozio NAU di Piacenza a donne in gravidanza, bambini, anziani, cardiopatici e a chiunque altra persona visto che di negozi ce ne sono tanti altri in città e provinvia. L'azienda non potendo procedere alla riparazione, mi ha omoggiato una montatura di pari costo. . Il personale mi ha effettuato il controllo visivo e mi ha supportato nella scelta della montatura più adatta a me e alle mie esigenze. Il personale è qualificato e attento! Ve lo consiglio!!! Sarà perchè hanno visto una studentessa? Non so. In ogni caso valgono le stesse regole sia se un cliente è senior sia se è uno studente. Se un qualsiasi cliente ha bisogno di una montatura si cerca di aiutarlo nel modo migliore, non fregandosene altamente. Si danno consigli e non lo si lascia vagare nel negozio per la prima mezz'ora in cerca di una montatura adatta e quando lo si vede stressato gli si inizia a dare una mano. Non si fa così, soprattutto se il negozio è vuoto.... Sintesi: aspetto solo di ritare i miei occhiali (da una settimana in laboratorio). Non lo consiglio. Prezzo ok basso, ma sinceramente meglio spedere di più ed avere un trattamento corretto, educato e tempi ristretti. I needed a new frame (I already had lenses) and went to the first shop downtown. Ecco, posto che l'80% delle stesse tratta informazioni inutili per un acquisto, (temperatura in negozio, gradini per accedervi, ecc.) sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso del fatto che tutto ciò che viene negativamente riportato non è corretto. Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da sole e il servizio dei ragazzi addetti alla vendita (giovani, competenti sia lato vendita che lato lenti, disponibili) è stato squisito oltre che attento alle mie esigenze. Sono stati anche molto proattivi nel propormi la vendita e hanno convinto anche uno come me molto difficile in questo aspetto (non amo i venditori invadenti, ecco). Consiglio assolutamente a tutti di passare e fare acquisti presso questo punto vendita!!! L'addetto alla vendita ha interrotto subito quello che stava facendo e mi ha sistemato gli occhiali. Ho chiesto quanto dovevo per il servizio. Ha scosso la testa e mi ha sorriso.
