Ho scoperto un tipo di alimentazione che mi ha portato in 18 settimane a perdere ben 21.5 kg. Ovviamente oltre ai loro prodotti e una dieta adatta alla mie esigenze, ho dovuto mettere impegno, sacrificio combinato a un giusto esercizio fisico. Sono rimasto sempre sulla "retta via" senza sgarrare e i risultati si vedono e devo ringraziare la Naturhouse per l'ottimo lavoro che scolgono. Con lei e forza di volontà ho intrapreso un percorso nutrizionale adeguato ad oggi ho perso 12 kg. ed i miei problemi si sono notevolmente ridotti. Il mio percorso è quasi finito però dovrò spesso aver bisogno di una guida per non uscire conoscendomi dal binario. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi come me non riesce da solo a mantenere una corretta alimentazione perché non si parla di dieta ma di imparare a mangiare correttamente ed in modo salutare. Since July 21st I have seen numerous health problems related to dietary imbalances, so when I reached a certain weight, failing alone, I asked for help in this place where I found Elisa a fantastic person.
