Partiamo dal presupposto che visto che la venditrice ha spedito la merce tramite corriere gls (e fin qui nulla da ridire) non la ritengo responsabile del fatto che il pacco sia andato perso ma mi sarei aspettata quantomeno un po’ di assistenza post vendita. Il corriere asserisce che io l’avrei autorizzato tramite biglietto non firmato (che avrebbe potuto benissimo scrivere lui stesso) a lasciare il pacco all’ingresso del tutto incustodito (cosa non veritiera visto che in 10 anni non mi è mai sparito nessun pacco). Ho chiesto gentilmente alla venditrice di aprire una pratica di reclamo presso gls e mi ha detto che l’avrebbe fatto, dopo più di un mese senza avere sue notizie ho riscritto alla signora chiedendo se ci fossero novità, la stessa mi ha detto che non avendo novità avrebbe sentito gls il giorno successivo (9/11) e mi avrebbe aggiornata. Bene, ad oggi non ho più avuto sue notizie. Senza parole, chissà se il reclamo è stato effettivamente aperto, mi sarei aspettata un minimo di assistenza post vendita o quantomeno una risposta definitiva è certa, di certo non avrei preteso il rimborso di quanto speso ma almeno un minimo di interesse verso l’acquirente (ma tanto i soldi sono stati incassati, chi se ne frega se il corriere ha smarrito o rubato la merce). Sappiate che se malauguratamente il vostro pacco dovesse perdersi, non riceverete nessun aiuto da parte del negoziante. I placed an order 2 months ago which I never received. We assume that since the seller has shipped the goods by gls courier (and so far nothing to complain about) I do not hold it responsible for the fact that the package has been lost but I would have expected at least some after-sales assistance. The courier asserts that I would have authorized him with an unsigned ticket (which he could have written himself) to leave the package completely unattended at the entrance (which is untrue given that no package has ever disappeared in 10 years). I kindly asked the seller to open a complaint file with gls and she told me that she would do it, after more than a month without hearing from her I rewrote the lady asking if there were any news, she told me that not having news would hear gls the next day (9/11) and update me. Well, I haven't heard from him to date. Without words, who knows if the complaint has actually been opened, I would have expected a minimum of after-sales assistance or at least a definitive answer is certain, certainly I would not have demanded a refund of the amount spent but at least a minimum of interest towards the buyer ( but the money was collected, who cares if the courier has lost or stolen the goods). Know that if your package unfortunately gets lost, you will not receive any help from the shopkeeper.
