Sono stata felice quando è stato aperto il punto ad Aversa perché prima ero costretta ad allontanarmi a Napoli o Caserta, dove venivo trattata molto bene. Questo NaturaSì di Aversa, purtroppo, come prodotti, specialmente frutta e verdura, non è mai stato granché. Ci aggiungo che tanti prodotti prenotati non sono mai arrivati. Me lo facevo andar bene perché, comunque, il personale presente era sempre molto disponibile e gentile a venirmi incontro. Purtroppo anche questo vantaggio è venuto meno con la nuova responsabile che non è stata disponibile nemmeno ad accontentarmi su cose che in altri NaturaSì mi hanno sempre concesso. A questo punto penso proprio che non valga più la pena. Dispiace perché Aversa meriterebbe qualcosa di più. I have always been a customer of the various NaturaSì present in my area. I was happy when the point was opened in Aversa because before I was forced to move away to Naples or Caserta, where I was treated very well. Unfortunately, this NaturaSì from Aversa, as products, especially fruit and vegetables, has never been much. I would add that so many products booked never arrived. I did it well because, in any case, the staff present were always very helpful and kind to meet me. Unfortunately, this advantage also failed with the new manager who was not even available to settle for things that other NaturaSì have always granted me. At this point I really think it's not worth it anymore. Sorry because Aversa deserves something more.

Ma mi piace andarci anche perché lì è come essere a casa: basta chiedere e ti danno spiegazioni garbate accompagnate sempre da gran sorrisi. La cortesia del signor Antonio e degli altri é identica sia se spendi tanto sia se acquisti solo un barattolo di piselli. Il 'capo' è una donna: Giusi. Non poteva essere altrimenti con una gestione così attenta in cui ogni cliente può sentirsi 'coccolato'. Grazie ragazzi, siete davvero una gran bella squadra!
