Unione di sapori perfetta tra la crema delicata e la base della torta morbida. Enza non smette mai di stupirci con la sua arte culinaria. Le rame...superlative. Soprattutto, non smetterò mai di dirlo, non esiste alcuna differenza tra i dolci vegani di Enza e i dolci non vegani. In famiglia abbiamo sia vegani che non, e i suoi dolci sono amati da tutti! La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei padroni di casa sono stati un incentivo ma sono stati soprattutto i dolci a farci felici! Io vegana convinta, il mio fidanzato onnivoro ma disposto a provare tutto. E anche lui è rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal gusto incredibile. Cassata monoporzione spettacolare, nulla da invidiare alla cassata "originale". Il guscio verde di marzapane è un'autentica delizia! E com'è vellutata la ricotta vegetale. La crostata monoporzione cioccolato e frutti di bosco un'altra delizia! Frolla croccante, cioccolato ottimo e glassa di una bontà unica. Per non parlare della cura minuziosa con cui i dolci sono realizzati. Non vedo l'ora di provare altre prelibatezze! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille perché dimostrate che davvero si possono mangiare dolci e rimanerne appagati anche senza nuocere agli animali. Complimenti ? Desperate for vegan pastry shops in the Catania area, I came across this artisan laboratory. What can I say, superlative desserts! The kindness and helpfulness of the hosts were an incentive but it was above all the desserts that made us happy! I am a convinced vegan, my boyfriend is omnivorous but willing to try everything. And he too was pleasantly surprised by the incredible taste. Spectacular single-portion cassata, nothing to envy to the "original" cassata. The green marzipan shell is a real treat! And how velvety the vegetable ricotta is. The single-portion chocolate and berries tart is another delight! Crunchy shortcrust pastry, excellent chocolate and glaze of unique goodness. Not to mention the meticulous care with which the desserts are made. Can't wait to try other delicacies! We will definitely be back.
