★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono,uno deve sempre lasciare il lavoro e andare direttamente lì alla fine per fare la fila per prendere un appuntamento che poi non si sa se te lo danno o no.
 They never answer the phone, one always has to leave work and go directly there at the end to queue to make an appointment which then you don't know if they give it to you or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero togliere il nominativo di “Assistenza sociale” e sostituirlo con “Disperazione sociale”. Per prendere un’appuntamento, serve la grazia divina. Tra la INAS che non risponde e via email rimbalza alla CISL e viceversa, è impossibile prenotare, nonostante sono 3 settimane che invio email e chiamo.
They should remove the name "Social Assistance" and replace it with "Social Despair". To make an appointment, you need divine grace. Between the INAS that does not respond and bounces via email to the CISL and vice versa, it is impossible to book, despite the fact that I have been sending emails and calling for 3 weeks.
