★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non risponde nessuno! Pensate che addirittura anche alla richiesta di NOTAM (con tanto di pagamento di 94€) non hanno mai risposto alle PEC inviate!
Che vergogna!.
Nobody answers! Do you think that even to the NOTAM request (with a payment of 94 €) they never replied to the PEC sent!
What a shame!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dovuto andare recentemente a cercare materiale nella biblioteca Enac, non sapevo ci fosse addirittura una biblioteca. È distaccata dagli uffici Enac anche se molto vicina. Arrivato ho trovato persone molto disponibili, sia in portineria dove, nonostante alcuni problemi tecnici con i telefoni e i pc (bloccati), mi hanno aiutato a contattare la persona giusta e direttamente il personale della biblioteca.Questi ultimi sono stati davvero molto cordiali e disponibili nell'aiutarmi a trovare il materiale e nel venirmi incontro nelle esigenze (fare una ricerca testi per la tesi non è facile). Gradirei ringraziarvi TUTTI ma soprattutto i ragazzi del protocollo. Ci rivediamo presto perché il materiale è davvero fantastico. Voto 5 ***** ma se potessi vi darei di più..
I had to go recently to look for material in the Enac library, I didn't even know there was a library. It is detached from the ENAC offices even if very close. Arrived I found very helpful people, both in the concierge where, despite some technical problems with phones and PCs (locked), they helped me to contact the right person and the library staff directly. These last ones were really very friendly and helpful in the 'help me find the material and meet my needs (it is not easy to do a text search for the thesis). I would like to thank you ALL but above all the guys in the protocol. See you soon because the material is really fantastic. Rated 5 ***** but if I could I would give you more ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Settimane che provo a mandare mail su mail e chiamate senza risposta, sito “sezione on line per fare il patentino de drone, è in manutenzione straordinaria, guarda caso dal 1 agosto aumenteranno le tariffe, come al solito servizi statali ridicoli.
