Il cliente ha sempre ragione perché l' obiettivo di un venditore è attirare il potenziale compratore con cortesia, disponibilità a dare chiarimenti in merito ai materiali utilizzati, alle fasce di prezzo...insomma deve fare sentire il cliente accolto, cosa che qui non c è stata. Risposte evasive, fretta di liquidare l' avventore per un appuntamento da svolgersi oltre la mezz'ora dalla mia visita e soprattutto quella orribile sensazione di essere trattati come un "perditempo".
