Insieme abbiamo progettato e scelto tutto ciò che volevo e immaginato Un plauso anche alla squadra dei montatori capitanata da Andrea bravissimi e precisi. Come spesso accade ci sono stati dei problemi ma x fortuna risolti in tempi accettabili . Lo consiglio a mia volta ! I bought the kitchen and bedroom in the Collegno da Massimo shop which was highly recommended to me and I must say that those who did it were not wrong a fantastic person, competent, kind and absolutely helpful. Together we designed and chose everything I wanted and imagined. A praise also to the team of editors headed by Andrea, very talented and precise. As often happens there were some problems but fortunately solved in acceptable times. I recommend it in my turn!

Pessimo servizio per ben 2 volte... cucina montata malissimo: i pensili non sono allineati, le cerniere delle ante sono da regolare praticamente una volta al mese, le manopole della cucina sono continuamente in sostituzione, il forno fa condensa e il cassone sottostante è continuamente bagnato, quindi è la seconda volta che siamo costretti a cambiarlo... (aspettiamo un profilo in alluminio che ripari il mobile sotto da giugno 2020 ma l'assistenza è peggio del montaggio) Dulcis in fundo ordiniamo una madia - mobile televisione ed un sistema di mensole: mancavano la metà dei pezzi... e quei pochi che c'erano li hanno montati al contrario, quindi aspettiamo la riconsegna e il rimontaggio da circa 2 mesi. Cucina arrivata e montata a metà perché il loro geometra ha preso le misure sbagliate, top da rifare, pensile copri caldaia non a misura, piedini da sostituire perché troppo alta, lavastoviglie danneggiata e perdeva acqua. Mi hanno dato una lavastoviglie in sostituzione e perdeva acqua anche questa. Inviato email di lamentela alla direzione e dopo 25 giorni ancora in attesa di risposta. Però il saldo lo hanno voluto in anticipo. Se la prendevo da Mondo Convenienza (senza nulla togliere a loro) era meglio. Sicuramente non la raccomando.. A star just because I'm good. They gave me a replacement dishwasher and it was leaking too. Complaint email sent to management and still waiting for response after 25 days. But they wanted the balance in advance. If I took it from Mondo Convenienza (without taking anything away from them) it was better. I definitely don't recommend it ..

Criticano altri mobilifici ma con quello che paghi sicuramente ti aspetti molto di più. Estremamente deluso!!!! C	Carlotta Marchiandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una cucina ad ottobre 2021, hanno sbagliato le misure del top ( il loro geometra), per cui oggi 27.2.22 sto ancora aspettando che arrivi un pezzo di top per rimediare in qualche modo all'errore. Sto anche aspettando che arrivi il pannello dell'isola che era stato inviato di misura errata. Non solo: sto ancora aspettando anche un pannello di uno sportello della cucina che serve per rimediare ad ulteriore errore. Inoltre sono venuti due volte e in nessuna delle due volte hanno montato la pattumiera sotto il lavello. Ovviamente il pagamento era in anticipo e ora non rispondono. I ordered a kitchen in October 2021, the measurements of the top (their surveyor) were wrong, so today 27.2.22 I'm still waiting for a piece of top to arrive to somehow remedy the mistake.
