Chiamati per un sopralluogo per un malfunzionamento di un climatizzatore, hanno riscontrato un difetto nella macchina. Chiedo allora due preventivi, per la riparazione o per la sostituzione della macchina da nuovo. A distanza di 2 mesi ancora devono ricontattarmi calcolando che siamo in piena estate e a 41gradi. Sconsigliato vivamente.
Bad experience with them. Little professionalism and even less seriousness. Called for an inspection for a malfunction of an air conditioner, they found a defect in the machine. So I ask for two estimates, for the repair or replacement of the new machine. After 2 months they still have to contact me, calculating that we are in the middle of summer and at 41 degrees. Strongly not recommended.
