Io e il mio compagno abbiamo visto un appartamento in fitto, l'annuncio su un sito indicava come costo €550. Abbiamo visto l'immobile, e ci tengo a precisare che ce lo ha fatto vedere un "signore" che da un supporto all'agenzia, quindi non un agente o consulente immobiliare. Difatti alla nostra richiesta di info. più specifiche non ci sapeva dire nulla. Ma comunque sorvoliamo su questa cosa, vediamo l'appartamento e prendiamo in considerazione varie cose, chiediamo al "signore" se il prezzo è trattabile e...lui ci dice che il canone di fitto è pari ad €600, noi increduli gli mostriamo l'annuncio. Lui non contento ci dice di andare a parlare in agenzia, di "avviarci" e che lui ci raggiunge dopo. Bene...andiamo in agenzia, mostriamo la questione del canone e guarda un po'...sul sito era stato modificato il prezzo, giusto in tempo!!Certo, il tempo di una telefonata da parte del "signore". Ditemi voi se questa è professionalità. Per noi NO, assolutamente NO, quindi la sconsigliamo fortemente!!!! I strongly advise against it. They are not professionals and they are not serious at all.
