Hanno reperito il mio numero di telefono non so come e non so dove siccome i miei dati sono stati affidati solo ad ENI. Mi hanno chiamato facendomi chiedere che si interessavano dell'appuntamento che avevo preso con NAPOLETANA gas ma invece mi volevano vendere una certificazione la 40/14 obbligatoria.
Appena ho detto che non ne avevo bisogno mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia. Clamorosamente assurdo!!!!
Very bad company. Rude.
They found my phone number I don't know how and I don't know where since my data was entrusted only to ENI. They called me asking me that they were interested in the appointment I had made with NAPOLETANA gas but instead they wanted to sell me a mandatory 40/14 certification.
As soon as I said I didn't need it they closed the phone on my face. Resoundingly absurd !!!!

Le uniche recensioni positive sono quelle dei vostri parenti molto probabilmente ahahahahhahahah

Prima accensione della caldaia fatta da loro il 6.2.2021.
Circa due settimane fa chiamo perche la caldaia ha dei problemi ,dopo tante chiamate dicendomi vi faccio telefonare dalla signorina ,mi chiama la signorina e mi dice che non possono venire perche non hanno fatto loro la prima accensione .
Gli giro il foglio di garanzia fatto da loro e mi danno un un'appuntamento...il giorno dell'appuntamento mi chiamano e mi dicono il tecnico non puo venire rimandiamo l'appuntamento, ok rimandiamo di 4 gg ,il giorno dell'appuntamento di nuovo la stessa cosa.
Ad oggi l'appuntamento ma stavolta non si sono degnati neanche di chiamare.
Se non avete voglia lasciate spazio a chi vuole lavorare .
Avevo avvisato anche di avere una bambina piccola .

ho pagato 400 euro per un lavoro iniziato è mai finito mi hanno preso in giro per più di 5 mesi ho dovuto chiamare altre persone per rifare tutto
