Ho acquistato un X5 del 2014 (usato garantito BMW) ad ottobre 2020. Premetto che sono di Roma e mi sono rivolto a loro "proprio pensando di avere garanzie maggiori". in 10 mesi si sono verificate le seguenti problematiche: - rottura binario sedile guida (sostituito costo € 700,00) per fortuna ho la PREMIUM SELECTION (ho pensato) - tempi 10 gg senza vettura in quanto pezzo particolare che raramennte si rompe e quindi non disponibile ma da ordinare in Germania - nel processo di riparazione del binario sedile della vettura, è venuto fiuori che la mia garanzia BMW PREMIUM SELECTION valida fino al 2024 non "esiteva", il danno è stato sostenuto dalla NANNI NEMBER che ha quindi poi dovuto provvedere a riprodurre la garanzia a mio nome nel giro di circa ulteriori 7 gg. - agosto 2021, mi trovo in vacanza, il giorno 13 si dissalda la staffa del terminale di scarico dx che per mancanza del suddetto sostegno rimane pendulo; pertanto, onde evitare problemi uletriori, mi rivolgo ad un'officina del posto che mi aiuta arrangiando con qualche filo di ferro un sostegno provvisorio finalizzato a camminarci il tempo necessario per arrivare alla riparazione (costo € 50,00+iva). Torno a Roma e porto immediatamente la vettura alla BMW di Via Appia che mi informa che il terminale da sostituire non esiste più, non viene più prodotto, devo cambiare tutto il sistema di scarico e questo tipo di articolo e lavorazione non rientra nella copertura in garanzia PREMIUM SELECTION (immaginate la spesa prevista), mi propongono in alternativa di risaldare alla bene e meglio la staffa per un costo di € 100,00+iva. Prima di decidere in quale direzione muovermi mi ripropongo di sentire la NANNI NEMBER che mi ha venduto la macchina come USATO GARANTITO BMW. Dopo due giorni di verifiche al telefono con il Sig. Gianluigi Pezzotti della NANNI NEMBER, lo stesso mi informa che i terminali, kit completo DX+SX, unica soluzione di ricambio, contrariamente a quanto detto dalla BMW di Roma "esistono" (quindi la BMW di Roma voleva specularci sopra) ed il costo è di € 480,00 + iva (me li potrebbero spedire a Roma e poi dovrò farli montare io) tutto a mie spese perchè la mia GARANZIA PREMIUM SELECTION non copre questo tipo di articolo e/o lavorazione. Mi consiglia a questo punto di provvedere per mio conto ed arrangiarmi ad effefttuare la saldatura della staffa dissaldata dal terminale. Naturalmente ho contestato quanto mi è stato riportato, ad una BMW non può accadere quello che riporto tantomeno una staffa dissaldata sullo scarico per poi sentirsi dire che loro non coprono....la realtà dei fatti è che per la mia vettura BMW X5 pagata € 30.000,00 USATO GARANTITO BMW alla NANNI NEMBER di BESCIA non vai certo a pensare che si possa "dissaldare la staffa del terminale di scarico", tantomeno che ad un problema simile debba provvedere da solo e a mie spese.....nonostante tutte le assicurazioni date al tempo in pre-vendita "per vettura controllata minuziosamente perhè l'usato BMW è un premium selection". Assurdo....servizio ridicolo e scadente, GARANZIA PREMIUM SELECTION...copre tanti tipi di problematiche? a me sembra che praticamente copre quello che vogliono loro.... Sergio Di Lorenzo
I bought a 2014 X5 (used BMW guaranteed) in October 2020. I state that I am from Rome and I turned to them "precisely thinking of having greater guarantees". in 10 months the following problems occurred: - driving seat rail broken (replaced cost € 700.00) luckily I have the PREMIUM SELECTION (I thought) - times 10 days without the car as a particular piece that rarely breaks and therefore not available but to be ordered in Germany - in the process of repairing the seat rail of the car, it came out that my BMW PREMIUM SELECTION guarantee valid until 2024 did not "hesitate", the damage was sustained by NANNI NEMBER who then had to reproduce the guarantee in my name within a further 7 days. - August 2021, I am on vacation, on the 13th the bracket of the right exhaust terminal dissolves and remains hanging due to the lack of the aforementioned support; therefore, in order to avoid further problems, I turn to a local workshop that helps me by arranging a temporary support with some iron wire aimed at walking through it for the time necessary to get to the repair (cost € 50.00 + VAT). I return to Rome and immediately take the car to the BMW in Via Appia which informs me that the terminal to be replaced no longer exists, is no longer produced, I have to change the entire exhaust system and this type of item and processing is not covered by the warranty. PREMIUM SELECTION (imagine the expected expense), they propose to me as an alternative to resolder the bracket to the good and better for a cost of € 100.00 + VAT. Before deciding in which direction to move, I intend to hear from NANNI NEMBER who sold me the car as a USED GUARANTEED BMW. After two days of telephone checks with Mr. Gianluigi Pezzotti of NANNI NEMBER, the same informs me that the terminals, complete kit DX + SX, the only spare solution, contrary to what was said by the BMW of Rome "exist" (therefore the BMW from Rome wanted to speculate on it) and the cost is € 480.00 + VAT (they could send them to me in Rome and then I'll have to install them myself) all at my expense because my PREMIUM SELECTION WARRANTY does not cover this type of item and / or processing. At this point he recommends me to take care of myself and arrange for the soldering of the unsoldered bracket from the terminal. Of course, I disputed what I was told, what can not happen to a BMW, let alone a unsoldered bracket on the exhaust only to be told that they do not cover .... the reality of the facts is that for my BMW X5 car paid € 30,000.00 USED GUARANTEED BMW to NANNI NEMBER in BESCIA you certainly do not think that you can "unsolder the bracket of the exhaust terminal", much less that a similar problem has to be solved by itself and at my expense ..... despite all the assurances given at the time in pre-sale "for meticulously checked car because used BMW is a premium selection". Absurd .... ridiculous and poor service, PREMIUM SELECTION WARRANTY ... does it cover many types of issues? it seems to me that it pretty much covers what they want .... Sergio Di Lorenzo

Ho acquistato la mia BMW 125d nuova nel 2018, interventi di manutenzione gestiti con professionalità, personale gentile e competente, sia i venditori che gli accettatori e meccanici ??

I bought my new BMW 125d in 2018, maintenance interventions managed with professionalism, kind and competent staff, both the sellers and the acceptors and mechanics ??

Worst experience at a Bmw dealership. I brought my car in for a 930am appointment for a simple oil change. I was told to come back around 430 pm for pick up. That was fine with me i get back to the dealership at 530 and waited 30 min for them to tell me that the car wasn’t ready and would not be ready until tomorrow morning. Due to a switch that was flip causing the car to reboot which take 12 hrs. On top of that i tried to get the guy to talk to my translator he shoosh me off with his hand with an attitude. If i could i would give this place zero stars.They offered a rental for just until the morning but that wasn’t good for me i had a very important meeting i had to be at in German causing me not to make it the next day. Causing me to get written up. So the next day come around i waited waited waited car still isn’t ready for a simple oil change how? Very disappointed i will have to try to find another Bmw dealership that’s further away. Never coming back.

We were there for transit and the engine control light came on. We only wanted that the error memory is read out, whereupon they answered us that we have to leave the vehicle 2-3 days there (although such a thing takes only max. 15min). They did not respond to us. In addition, no one spoke English and no one bothered. Not to recommend.
