Il suo atteggiamento è stato talmente menefreghista che é riuscita a vedermi solo 36 euro di prodotti . Un locale meraviglioso e fornitissimo è riuscito a scalare dal mio conto solamente 36 euro. Purtroppo questi elementi del personale, senza voglia e con fare arrogante, screditano questa meravigliosa boutique e influiscono sulle casse stesse.Qualsiasi prodotto si venda, va spiegato e trattato come un bene prezioso. Lo reputo un atteggiamento altamente irrispettoso in primis nei confronti di naima stesso.Negozio fornitissimo e piacevole. Peccato.
I entered with the intention of buying gifts for my whole family. Unfortunately I was greeted by a young brunette in her 30s with long hair. Her attitude was so indifferent that she only managed to see me 36 euros worth of products. A wonderful and well-stocked restaurant managed to deduct only 36 euros from my account. Unfortunately, these elements of the staff, unwillingly and arrogantly, discredit this wonderful boutique and affect the cashiers themselves. Any product that is sold must be explained and treated as a precious commodity. I consider it a highly disrespectful attitude in the first place towards naima itself. A well-stocked and pleasant shop. Sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo urgentemente un copriocchiaie. Lo avrei comprato in ogni caso. La commessa, una signora bionda con i capelli corti non tanto alta, è riuscita a farmi sentire a disagio, facendomi andare via senza comprare nulla. Poi si chiedono perché uno compra su Amazon.
I was urgently looking for a cap. I would have bought it anyway. The saleswoman, a blonde lady with short hair not so tall, managed to make me feel uncomfortable, making me leave without buying anything. Then they wonder why one buys on Amazon.

Il punto di forza, secondo me, sono proprio le fragranze: oltre alle solite commerciali (parete vastissima), si possono trovare anche fragranze di nicchia.
Tra i brand che ricordo:
- Jo Malone
- Merchant of Venice
- Etat libre d'orange.
Il personale è qualificato e offre ottimi consigli.

The strong point, in my opinion, are the fragrances: in addition to the usual commercials (very large wall), you can also find niche fragrances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto disponibile. Offerta dei prodotti piuttosto ampia. Prezzi in linea con le grandi catene di profumerie ma superiori rispetto alle piccole attività. Tutto sommato mi sono trovato bene negli acquisti.
Staff very helpful. Rather wide range of products. Prices in line with large perfume chains but higher than small businesses. All in all I was happy with the purchases.
