★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un peccato non poter dare 0 stelle!! Non ho mai visto in vita mia un salone peggio di questo, volevo andare a fare una semplice semipermanente con un colore rosato semplicissimo, mi sono ritrovata con delle unghie orribili, grosse e spesse come se avessi delle cicche appiccicate ad ogni unghia, tralasciando il fatto che mi hanno lasciato le unghie sanguinose durante la manicure perché la signorina con la sua fretta infondata anziché prendermi via le cuticule mi strappava la pelle, giustificandosi che avessi la pelle “troppo sensibile”…ma io dico…c’è una differenza tra la cuticola e la pelle normale o no?!!e fin lì va beh! Dopo di che mi hanno portata a fare una semplice tinta alle sopracciglia….l’avessi mai fatto… un’altra signorina senza nemmeno chiedere ha iniziato a farmi la ceretta per “ripulirmi la sopracciglia”…confidavo in un bel lavoro..perché mi ero già venuta a fare la ceretta alle sopracciglia tempo fa da loro, ma me le aveva fatte una ragazza molto giovane, un buon lavoro! Quindi non mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso.. e invece….. mi ha strappato via mezzo sopracciglio sia a destra che a sinistra!!! Incubo…ora non so se mi ricresceranno purtroppo..spero di sì, ma mi hanno fatto un danno che non lo augurerei a nessuno! Non so cosa le diceva la testa a questa signora quando mi stava facendo la ceretta!! Togliere via mezzo sopracciglio!! Roba da matti, sembrano un clown con una distanza tra un sopracciglio e l’altro assurda!!!
Questa è stata la mia esperienza che non ricapiterà mai più, spero di essere d’aiuto a qualcuno per non farlo subire quello che ho subito io!! Grazie e a mia più !!
It is a pity not to be able to give 0 stars !! I have never seen a salon worse than this in my life, I wanted to go for a simple semi-permanent with a very simple pink color, I found myself with horrible nails, big and thick as if I had butts stuck to each nail, leaving out the fact that they left my nails bloody during the manicure because the young lady with her unfounded haste, instead of taking off my cuticles, tore my skin, justifying that I had "too sensitive" skin ... but I say ... there is a difference between the cuticle and normal skin or not? !! and that goes well! After that they took me to do a simple eyebrow tint ... I had never done it ... another young lady without even asking began to wax me to "clean my eyebrows" ... I was confident in a good job .. because I I had already come to wax my eyebrows some time ago, but a very young girl had done them for me, a good job! So I wasn't expecting something different .. but instead… .. it ripped off half an eyebrow both on the right and on the left !!! Nightmare… now I don't know if they will grow back unfortunately… I hope so, but they have done me a damage that I would not wish it on anyone! I don't know what this lady's head was saying when she was waxing me !! Take off half an eyebrow !! Crazy stuff, they look like a clown with an absurd distance between one eyebrow and the other !!!
This was my experience that will never happen again, I hope to be of help to someone not to make them suffer what I have suffered !! Thanks and to my more !!
