★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza totalmente inesistente sulla provincia di Brescia. Customer care cortese ma inutile, non essendo in grado di fornire contatti di assistenza territoriali. Dopo un mese nessun riferimento nè indicazioni per risolvere un danno che, infine, mi costringe a sostituire completamente l'impianto con il rischio di perdere, per tale latitanza, la copertura assicurativa! Prodotto sconsigliatissimo.
Completely non-existent assistance on the province of Brescia. Courteous but useless customer care, being unable to provide territorial assistance contacts. After a month, no reference or indications to resolve a damage which, finally, forces me to completely replace the system with the risk of losing, for this hiding, the insurance coverage! Product not recommended.
