★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stata una cliente per anni, quest'anno ho comprato vari capi di abbigliamento con i saldi, uno dei quali era danneggiato. la sera stessa ho chiamato in negozio per notificare il problema e il giorno successivo l'ho riportato in negozio pensando che lo avrebbero cambiato. invece sono stata trattata come se il capo l'avessi dannaggiato io per trarne qualche vantaggio. devo essere sincera il trattamento che ti viene riservato in questo negozio lascia decisamente a desiderare. non andateci.
I have been a customer for years, this year I have bought various clothing with the sales, one of which was damaged. the same evening I called the shop to report the problem and the next day I brought it back to the shop thinking that they would change it. instead I was treated as if the boss had damaged him to gain some advantage. I have to be honest the treatment that is reserved for you in this shop definitely leaves something to be desired. don't go there.
