È ormai un mese e mezzo che attendo un rimborso per un prodotto da loro dato come disponibile, ma che in realtà non lo era. Contattati telefonicamente più volte, hanno dato ogni volta una scusa diversa per giustificare il ritardo e ad oggi ancora solo false promesse. Le recensioni negative non vengono degnate di risposta e si riferiscono purtroppo a questo stesso argomento. Mai più. Sconsigliatissimi. Confirmation that everything is fine as long as it is fine. It is now a month and a half that I await a refund for a product given by them as available, but which in reality was not. Contacted by phone several times, each time they gave a different excuse to justify the delay and to date still only false promises. Negative reviews are not worthy of response and unfortunately refer to this same topic. Never again.

Ho inviato due email alla quale non ho mai ricevuto risposta; dopo due settimane sono finalmente riuscita a parlare con qualcuno telefonicamente. Ho rispedito il termometro (a mie spese!) per un controllo: mi avevano, infatti, detto che se fosse stato difettoso lo avrebbero sostituito oppure lo avrebbero rimborsato. Da quel momento, tutto è taciuto! Ho chiamato 3 volte e per tutte e 3 le volte mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere in giornata. A inizio luglio mi sono stancata e ho aperto la pratica su Paypal. Magicamente (chissà come mai) si sono ricordati di me, scrivendomi che effettivamente il termometro era difettoso e mi avrebbero rimborsato. Di nuovo spariti!!! Per fortuna tramite Paypal si può aprire reclamo, chiuso a mio favore ovviamente visto che non si sono degnati nemmeno di dare una risposta tramite il sito di pagamento. Ho perso tempo, soldi (della spedizione) e la pazienza. VERAMENTE VERGOGNOSI!!!!! Absolutely not serious! I purchased a digital thermometer in May, which arrived non-functional. I sent two emails to which I have never received a reply; after two weeks I finally managed to talk to someone over the phone. I returned the thermometer (at my expense!) For a check: they had, in fact, told me that if it had been defective they would have replaced it or they would have refunded it. From that moment, everything is kept silent! I called 3 times and all 3 times they told me they would let me know in the day. At the beginning of July I got tired and I opened the file on Paypal. Magically (who knows why) they remembered me, writing that actually the thermometer was defective and they would refund me. Again gone !!! Fortunately, through Paypal you can open a complaint, closed in my favor obviously since they did not even deign to give an answer via the payment site. I lost time, money (of shipping) and patience. REALLY SHAME !!!!!

Assurdo!! Può succedere che finiscano gli articoli, ma ATTENDERE PER 3 MESI UN RIMBORSO NON è POSSIBILE. E NON SEMBRANO INTENZIONATI A FARLO! Ora dovrò fare denuncia tramite la Polizia di Stato e Paypal. La signora al telefono è gentilissima, la spedizione veloce con Bartolini, prodotti a prezzi veramente ottimi e in più dei campioncini gratuiti all'interno del pacco. Continuerò a comprare su mypharmaclick lo consiglio assolutamente. I don't understand why there are some bad reviews. This is the second time I shop at mypharmaclick and I have never had any problems. The lady on the phone is very kind, fast shipping with Bartolini, products at really good prices and plus free samples inside the package. I will continue to buy on mypharmaclick I absolutely recommend it.
