Sono stata proprio ieri a farmi per la prima volta una lampada in questo solarium, ho ritardato di circa 15 minuti causa traffico, anche essendomi scusata più volte sono stata rimproverata sia prima della lampada sia dopo .Avevo chiamato precedentemente per sapere se fosse possibile fare la lampada la metà del tempo (problemi pelle delicata) e pagare di conseguenza , al telefono sembrava possibile cosa che non si è verificata al momento del pagamento , non solo ma con tono insistente sosteneva nell’efficacia delle sue lampade e del fatto che non mi sarei bruciata facendola anche per 12 minuti. Non penso che per aprire un solarium serva la laurea in dermatologia e credo che consigliare una cosa del genere non conoscendo il tipo di pelle sia deleterio per il cliente , tanto che anche avendola fatta solo sei minuti la sera ero rossa .... La non professionalità e la mancata cortesia del personale mi hanno indotto a dire MAI PIÙ
NEVER AGAIN

I had called previously to find out if it was possible to do the lamp half the time (delicate skin problems) and pay accordingly, on the phone it seemed possible which did not happen at the time of payment, not only but with an insistent tone he argued in the effectiveness of his lamps and the fact that I would not burned doing it even for 12 minutes. I don't think that to open a solarium you need a degree in dermatology and I think that recommending such a thing not knowing the type of skin is harmful for the client, so much so that even having only done it for six minutes in the evening I was red .... professionalism and the lack of courtesy of the staff led me to say NEVER AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto un'esperienza assurda con la proprietaria. Avevo ritardato di un quarto d'ora e mi ha aggredito dicendo che non aveva tempo da perdere.... sconsigliatissimo...mi spiace per la ragazza che lavora lì, non deve essere facile per lei.
