Paola e Ilaria, con calma e competenza, sanno veramente consigliarti bene, senza mai forzare le scelte o obbligarti. Anche l'ambiente, cordiale e rilassante, alla fine fa la sua parte. Taglio, colore, e, in generale, tutti i trattamenti speciali vengono eseguiti con precisione ma anche con creatività. Quello che ho provato per ultimo mi ha soddisfatto in modo particolare: l'armonizzazione dei volumi (la vecchia permanente, tanto per capirci). Quando ci si sente stanche anche i capelli lo sono e, alla fine, non ne puoi più di un'immagine di te appannata e senza vita. Bene, sono andata da Paola veramente giù di tono, sia nell'umore che nel colore e nella consistenza dei miei capelli. Ne sono uscita (quasi) come ero da studentessa universitaria, allegra, felice, ottimista, e con i capelli rinati a miglior vita. Grazie Paola, e Ilaria, e ora chi vi molla più?
I have known the My Star hairdressing salon for a few years but I am really satisfied with it. Paola and Ilaria, with calm and competence, really know how to advise you well, without ever forcing your choices or forcing you. In the end, the friendly and relaxing environment also plays its part. Cut, color, and, in general, all special treatments are performed with precision but also with creativity. What I tried last satisfied me in a particular way: the harmonization of the volumes (the old permanent, just to understand). When you feel tired, your hair is too tired and, in the end, you are sick of an image of you that is tarnished and lifeless. Well, I went to Paola really down in tone, both in mood and in the color and texture of my hair. I came out (almost) as I was as a university student, cheerful, happy, optimistic, and with hair reborn for a better life. Thanks Paola, and Ilaria, and now who gives you up anymore?
