★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspettative disattese. Ho iscritto mia figlia e i 2 titolari hanno prospettato di seguire l'atleta con insegnamento e scheda per i pesi. La realtà è che nessuno le insegna come si sollevano i pesi.. quanto caricare.. come si usano i macchinari.. quante serie effettuare.. ecc ecc. Qualcuno dica a questi 2.. il danno che può causare un peso alzato male con postura errata!!
Unfulfilled expectations. I enrolled my daughter and the 2 owners promised to follow the athlete with teaching and weight card. The reality is that nobody teaches her how to lift the weights .. how much to load .. how to use the machines .. how many series to carry out .. etc. etc. Someone tell these 2 .. the damage that can cause a bad weight lifted with wrong posture !!
