★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir vermieten seit 3 Saisons über MyGardaHolidays unser Ferienwohnung und sind immer sehr zufrieden.
Valentina (Deutsche) und Ihr italienischer Mann erledigen/organisieren alle administratorischen Arbeiten wie Steuer, Kurtaxe, Wartung, Reinigung, Wäscheservice …für die Vermietung.
Sie haben immer ein Ohr für unsere Belange/Nöte, haben eine Lösung und erledigen es kurzfristig. Das Online-Buchungssystem ist komplett transparent und nachvollziehbar für Mieter und Vermieter.
Dies war damals ein wichtiger Punkt für die Kaufentscheidung einer Wohnung mit Erstbezug am Gardasee.
 We have been renting our holiday home for 3 seasons through MyGardaHolidays and are always very satisfied.
Valentina (German) and her Italian husband do / organize all administrative work such as taxes, visitor's tax, maintenance, cleaning, laundry service ... for the rental.
They always have an ear for our concerns / needs, have a solution and take care of it at short notice. The online booking system is completely transparent and comprehensible for tenants and landlords.
At the time, this was an important point when deciding to buy a first-time apartment on Lake Garda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Kommunikation, schlechter Service, schlechte Abwicklung. Völlig überteuert für die Zustände, die vor Ort (Sardinien, Golfo Aranci).
In die Jahre gekommene Anlage bei der Unterkunft, erinnerte an "lost places", tagelang andauernder Stromausfall, der wunderschöne Ausblick konnte kaum darüber hinweg trösten. Schade.
Bad communication, bad service, bad handling. Completely overpriced for the local conditions (Sardinia, Golfo Aranci).
Aging facility at the accommodation, reminded of "lost places", power failure that lasted for days, the beautiful view could hardly be consoled. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir vermieten seit 2019 über die Agentur und waren bisher nahezu immer zufrieden. Bei Problemen wird in der Regel schnell und unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden oder Unterstützung angeboten, auch über das vertraglich Geregelte hinaus.
We have been renting through the agency since 2019 and have been almost always satisfied so far. In the event of problems, a solution is usually found quickly and easily or support is offered, even beyond what is contractually regulated.

Wohnung war top. Alle Schäden gemeldet wie gewünscht. Ein Knopf am Herd war lose. 3 Tage nach der Abreise ein Anruf das alle Knöpfe aus dem Herd rausgerissen sind. Ein Bild per WhatsApp wo alle Knöpfe neben dem Herd liegen. Dann eine Email das uns eine Rechnung geschickt wird. Und jetzt einfach 250 Euro von der Kreditkarte abgebucht und das Datum des Kreditkartenbeleges war auch noch vor deren Anruf. Aber keine Rechnung erhalten. Also 1 Stern würde gerne 0 geben. Die Erreichbarkeit grottenhaft am Wochenende per WhatsApp kein Kontakt möglich. Uns wurde nicht gesagt wo der Schlüssel bei der Abreise hin muss. Erst am Tag der Anreise 1h vor Ankunft wird gesagt wo der Schlüssel zu finden ist und was wir zu beachten haben. Das alles hat uns den ganzen Urlaub vermiest. NICHT WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!
