A due passi dal Naviglio Grande di Milano, questo piccolo negozio dove qualsiasi chitarra viene trattata come una vera e propria PRINCIPESSA. Nel mese di novembre 2019 ho affidato nelle loro mani la mia Fender Stratocaster, che necessitava dell'ordinario settaggio dopo diversi anni. Qui ho incontrato Marietta, una donna preparatissima, disponibilissima e simpaticissima, che mi ha illustrato il "pacchetto" del servizio di liuteria. In pochissimi giorni ho riavuto tra le mani una chitarra letteralmente RIGENERATA, che non credevo fosse la mia! Oltre alla classica tensione del trussrod e la regolazione dell'action (classici motivi per cui ci si rivolge ai liutai), sono stati fatti tutti i lavori che vedete nella foto allegata. Quindi c'è stata una pulizia completa dell'elettronica, lucidatura generale del legno e dei tasti e diverse regolazioni e accorgimenti sulle meccaniche, molle, capotasto e ponte. Risultato? La mia chitarra ha un suono pulitissimo, i pickup sono alla giusta altezza e soprattutto, utilizzando molto il tremolo, la chitarra mantiene incredibilmente l'accordatura!!! Sono davvero soddisfatto e senza alcun dubbio, nei prossimi anni, mi rivolgerò a loro per l'ordinaria manutenzione dello strumento. Grazie a Marietta, persona squisita, solare e di parola. A stone's throw from Milan's Naviglio Grande, this small shop where any guitar is treated like a real PRINCESS. In November 2019 I entrusted my Fender Stratocaster into their hands, which needed the ordinary setting after several years. Here I met Marietta, a very prepared, extremely available and very nice woman, who showed me the "package" of the violin making service. In a few days I got back a literally REGENERATED guitar, which I didn't think was mine! In addition to the classic tension of the trussrod and the adjustment of the action (classic reasons why you turn to the luthiers), all the works you see in the attached photo have been done. So there was a complete cleaning of the electronics, general polishing of the wood and the keys and various adjustments and tricks on the mechanics, springs, nut and bridge. Result? My guitar has a very clean sound, the pickups are at the right height and above all, using a lot of tremolo, the guitar maintains the tuning incredibly !!! I am really satisfied and without any doubt, in the next few years, I will turn to them for the ordinary maintenance of the instrument. Thanks to Marietta, an exquisite, cheerful and talented person. Marietta è molto gentile e disponibile ( mia figlia di 8 anni - anche lei chitarrista ahah - si è innamorata ) ma anche decisamente competente. il servizio è attento e sempre dettagliatamente illustrato. avevo chitarre acquistate online completamente sfasate... sono perfette, ora. Si percepisce la competenza e l'attenzione rivolta al cliente e al suo strumento. Dispiace solo non aver mai ancora incontrato il Liutaio, che appare come una sorta di Divinità onnipresente ma non fisica :D CONSIGLIATISSIMO. Marietta is very kind and helpful (my 8 year old daughter - also a guitarist haha - fell in love) but also very competent. the service is attentive and always illustrated in detail. I had guitars bought online completely out of phase ... they are perfect now. We perceive the competence and attention given to the customer and his tool. D	Dre Voltor - ROAD WALKER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo una sfortunata esperienza presso un negozio specializzato, ho portato la mia strato usa da musicology per un set up completo, dopo un'attenta valutazione degli interventi da eseguire e alcuni consigli su come migliorare la resa dello strumento ho deciso di affidare la chitarra alle loro mani esperte. Dopo aver eseguito tutti gli interventi, ed aver montato le meccaniche autobloccanti dietro loro suggerimento, al ritiro dello strumento ho potuto riscontrare una grandissima professionalità e gentilezza da parte dello staff. La chitarra suona splendidamente e gli interventi eseguiti sono stati precisi ed accurati. consigliatissimo! after an unfortunate experience in a specialized shop, I brought my usa layer from musicology for a complete set up, after a careful evaluation of the interventions to be performed and some advice on how to improve the performance of the instrument I decided to entrust the guitar to theirs expert hands. After having performed all the interventions, and having mounted the self-locking mechanics at their suggestion, when I collected the instrument I was able to find great professionalism and kindness on the part of the staff. The guitar plays beautifully and the interventions performed were precise and accurate. highly recommended!

Ho già riportato la chitarra una seconda volta ma nonostante la differenza versata di 30 euro i problemi sono persistiti. I took my acoustic guitar for a setup and spent almost 150 euros to get an unsatisfactory and worse result than before with annoying patters. I have already brought the guitar back a second time but despite the difference paid of 30 euros the problems persisted.

Così dovrebbe essere un buon negozio di musica! 3 stelle perché mi era stato detto in negozio che in un paio di giorni avrei avuto in mano la chitarra e oggi al telefono mi è stato comunicato che sarà pronta la prossima settimana. Nessun problema a livello di attesa, son più che felice di aver tra le mani un lavoro ben fatto rispetto ad uno fatto di fretta, però non è mai bello per un cliente ricevere false aspettative. In ogni caso direi consigliato, confido nel fatto che il lavoro sarà un lavoro con la L maiuscola. Friendly, nice and helpful, especially in answering the questions that are asked. So a good music store should be! 3 stars because I was told in the shop that in a couple of days I would have the guitar in my hand and today on the phone I was informed that it will be ready next week. No problems in terms of waiting, I am more than happy to have a job well done in my hands compared to one done in a hurry, but it is never nice for a customer to receive false expectations. In any case I would say recommended, I trust that the work will be a job with a capital L.
