m	mark zed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo brutta esperienza, non so nemmeno se si possa definire negozio o più che altro una singola persona che si arrangia per trovare prodotti che dici di avere in vendita ma che in realtà non ha. risposte alle richieste lentissime e spesso elusive. sinceramente mi puzza di potenziale truffa o cmq non propriamente pulito (ma magari sbaglio io eh). nel dubbio evito e mi affido a negozi seri pur spendendo qualche centinaio di euro in piu'. unfortunately bad experience, I don't even know if it can be defined as a shop or more like a single person who arranges to find products that you say you have for sale but that in reality does not have. very slow and often elusive responses to requests. honestly I smell like potential scam or cmq not exactly clean (but maybe I'm wrong eh). when in doubt, I avoid and rely on serious shops while spending a few hundred euros more.

Ma stavolta la comunicazione è stata pessima! Volevo ordinare una Yamaha s970 ma mi lasciano sbattere da giorni non ostante leggano i messaggi su whatsapp e non ostante volessi concludere l'affare e pagare! Trovo offensivo e poco professionale ignorare la gente e mi dispiace veramente lasciare questo feedback negativo e non tornare più a comprare da voi ma non si fa così. They have always been serious and fast in shipping and I have been their customer since last year having purchased a korg pa4x from them .. But this time the communication was bad! I wanted to order a Yamaha s970 but they let me slam for days despite reading the messages on whatsapp and despite wanting to conclude the deal and pay! I find it offensive and unprofessional to ignore people and I am truly sorry to leave this negative feedback and never come back to buy from you but it is not like that.

Ci sono negozi migliori e che non ti rovinano il fegato. Attenzione! Dopo l'arrivo (faticoso e ritardato) della Nord Stage Compact, ho scoperto che non c'era fattura, nè garanzia. Ho richiesto i documenti ma mi è stato scritto che probabilmente ho problemi con me stesso e che Dio mi benedica. Non ho parole! E soprattutto ho acquistato uno strumento di 2570 euro senza garanzia! Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio. Forget it: if a problem occurs, they invite you ..... to pray, because basically not all donuts come with a hole. There are better shops that don't spoil your liver. Warning! After the (tiring and delayed) arrival of the Nord Stage Compact, I discovered that there was no invoice, no guarantee. I requested documents but was written that I probably have problems with myself and God bless me. I have no words! And above all, I bought a tool for 2570 euros without guarantee! I prodotti "usati" spesso sono pari al nuovo (talvolta anche con imballi sigillati) e hanno prezzi competitivi. Maurizio (il titolare) è una persona educata e disponibile. Non ho solo acquistato, ma anche venduto strumenti e sono stato puntualmente pagato. Quindi in base alla mia esperienza non posso che consigliare il venditore.
