M	Marialuisa Gugliotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Museo molto particolare ed interessante. Si sviluppa all’interno di un grande parco all’interno del quale troviamo le diverse opere. Per i colori e la ricerca è adatto anche ai bambini (alcuni contenuti lo sono un po’ meno). Difficile è l’accesso alla struttura con passeggino perché la strada è su ciottoli o pietre ed all’interno si trovano delle barriere architettoniche. Nel caso di bambini che non camminano consiglio marsupio o fascia. Very special and interesting museum. It develops within a large park within which we find the various works. For colors and research it is also suitable for children (some contents are a little less so). It is difficult to access the structure with a stroller because the road is on pebbles or stones and there are architectural barriers inside. In the case of children who do not walk, I recommend a baby carrier or a sling.

È come una grande opera che trasmette racconta tante storie di tante culture mediterranee e pone il visitatore al centro tra civiltà antiche e pensiero moderno. Il museo inoltre conserva l'antico complesso monastico di Santa Barbara e un'abitazione rurale caratteristica di queste zone. Quattro stelle perché, nonostante il cospicuo costo per l'ingresso (rispetto ad altri musei), i servizi igienici non erano in condizioni accettabili e non era presente nemmeno l'essenziale per poterli usare (tipo la carta igienica). Open-air museum born from the art and passion of Nik Spatari and Hiske Maas (he from Calabria, she from Holland). It is like a great work that transmits, tells many stories of many Mediterranean cultures and places the visitor at the center between ancient civilizations and modern thought. The museum also preserves the ancient monastic complex of Santa Barbara and a rural house characteristic of these areas. Four stars because, despite the high cost of entry (compared to other museums), the toilets were not in an acceptable condition and there was not even the essentials to use them (such as toilet paper).

Nik Spatari purtroppo non c'è più ma ha continuato a lavorare fino a 91 anni, la cappella Sistina calabra da non perdere Musaba, a very special open-air museum full of colors!
