Ricavato da un vecchio e abbandonato frantoio nel centro di Zagarise in provincia di Catanzaro e all'interno del parco nazionale della Sila. Oltre alla presenza delle attrezzature dell'antico frantoio presenta una piccola sezione didattica per le scolaresche. Possibilità di degustazione di prodotti tipici.
