Non c'è molta gente e ciò permette di stare tranquilli e vedere tutto! Even if we had only a quick glance before closing, there are a myriad of beautiful specimens and very complete descriptions! Alle 17 ci hanno detto che il tempo non sarebbe bastato a visitarlo, nonostante questo abbiamo voluto provarci, e siamo riusciti a visitarlo nella sua totalità. Il museo di storia naturale, in parte chiuso per questioni legate a danni sul soffitto, era totalmente privo di luci, il risultato è stato dover illuminare gli animali esposti con la luce del telefono. Di per sé l'ho comunque trovato interessante, anche se privo di materiale esplicativo. Il museo archeologico, per quanto illuminato bene è molto piccolo e povero di reperti. Il museo storico è forse il più interessante, una parte è dedicata alla storia della resistenza e dell'occupazione nazifascista della città, mentre l'altra parte è dedicata alla storia industriale di Lecco. Purtroppo la maggior parte del percorso di qurst'ultimo è composto da materiale audiovisivo e fotografico, troppo poco spazio dell'allestimento è dedicato a reperti. Being the main museum of the city, I unfortunately found it too disorganized. At 5pm we were told that time would not be enough to visit it, despite this we wanted to try it, and we were able to visit it in its entirety. The natural history museum, partly closed due to damage to the ceiling, was totally devoid of lights, the result was having to illuminate the animals on display with the light of the telephone. In itself, however, I found it interesting, even if lacking in explanatory material. The archaeological museum, although well lit is very small and poor in finds. The historical museum is perhaps the most interesting, one part is dedicated to the history of the resistance and the Nazi-fascist occupation of the city, while the other part is dedicated to the industrial history of Lecco. Unfortunately most of the latter's itinerary is made up of audiovisual and photographic material, too little space in the exhibition is dedicated to finds.
