L'intero processo è stato veloce, preciso ed attento in ogni aspetto documentale, economico ed umano. Esperienza molto positiva. Dopo due settimane di tempo per fissare un appuntamento per visitare una casa e la persona con cui avevo parlato si è dimenticata dell'appuntamento e non si è presentata. Ho chiesto di fissare un nuovo appuntamento con urgenza in quanto molto interessata all'appartamento e mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero chiamato il giorno dopo per fissare una nuova data. Non si è fatto sentire nessuno per i successivi giorni, non ho ricevuto risposta ai numerosi messaggi mandati e quando sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con il titolare via telefono, mi è stato detto che la casa era stata venduta già da qualche giorno. Nessuno si era preso il disturbo di avvisarmi, nonostante stessi aspettando di fissare un nuovo appuntamento da quasi una settimana. Alle mie lamentele, il titolare dell'agenzia non si è nemmeno scusato e sembrava non fosse minimamente interessato al tempo che mi aveva fatto perdere e al disagio arrecato. Ho trovato solo tanta incompetenza e un totale menefreghismo nei confronti di un potenziale cliente. Sconsiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi a questa agenzia. Bad experience, a total waste of time. After two weeks of making an appointment to visit a home and the person I spoke to forgot about the appointment and didn't show up. I asked to make a new appointment urgently as I was very interested in the apartment and was told that they would call me the next day to set a new date. No one was heard for the next few days, I received no response to the numerous messages sent and when I managed to get in touch with the owner by phone, I was told that the house had already been sold for a few days. Nobody had bothered to let me know, even though I had been waiting to make a new appointment for almost a week. To my complaints, the owner of the agency did not even apologize and seemed not in the least interested in the time he had made me lose and the inconvenience caused. I only found a lot of incompetence and a total indifference towards a potential client. I do not recommend anyone to contact this agency.
