★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venice is cool, but kind of a tourist trap. But the Marano glass factory is pretty cool. You actually see them blow the glass and can buy it However, if you’re in Italy and don’t have time to do it all, I’d recommend Florence and/or Rome. I’m not religious but almost became Catholic after seeing The Pieta.
