L'incompetenza parte dal sindaco e per concludersi a tutta l amministrazione,
Uffici vuoti o pieni di gente seduta solo a prendere lo stipendio senza esercitare il ruolo per cui stanno lì.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è da dire, con estrema ragionevolezza, che sono rimasto molto sorpreso e forse per la prima volta all'interno del comune di Ripa Teatina, dalla squisita qualità professionale offertami dall'ufficio tecnico, nella persona del suo dirigente, l'Arch. Mario Rispoli e dei suoi validi collaboratori. Qualità dettata anche dal profondo senso civico ed educazione. Se fossero tutti così i servizi offerti dalla di P.A. saremmo tutti felici e più costruttivi. Mi sono permesso di esternare una battuta al Dirigente: dove c'è un buon Generale, ci sono buoni soldati. Io lo vedrei anche come Sindaco. Chapeau.
