★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historical building with quite a few important government offices...like the office to make national id card, foreigners registration, legal copies etc. It's town hall and municipal office which means the mayer of Messina has office here. The building is maintained and very clean. The square in the front of the building is well maintained too.
